Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from the time you get your item to submit a return request.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—in order to be eligible for a return. A receipt or other form of evidence of purchase is also required.
Contact us at twenty2chilioi@gmail.com to begin a return. When your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to deliver your shipment as well as a return postage label. Items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or any other issues
Please inspect your order once received, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can take a closer look at the issue and further assist you.
Exchanges
If you happen to want an exchange be sure to reach out to twenty2chilioil@gmail.com for a return as soon as you receive your item. Once the return is accepted you will then be prompted to make a separate purchase for your exchange.
Refunds
When we are dealing with a return we will inspect the item once received. We will reach out to you shortly after with the approval status. If you are approved we will then automatically issue a full refund on your original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to be posted for your banks/credit card companies have their own polices for processing refunds.
