Twenty2 Chili Oil ships all of our orders via [USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL]. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times-
All orders are processed within [2-3 business]. Standard shipping typically takes between [2-8 business days], for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Tracking Your Order-
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number you may click the link within the email to begin tracking your package.
Return Policy -
We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from the time you get your item to submit a return request.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—in order to be eligible for a return. A receipt or other form of evidence of purchase is also required.
Contact us at twenty2chilioi@gmail.com to begin a return. When your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to deliver your shipment as well as a return postage label. Items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or any other issues -
Please inspect your order once received, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can take a closer look at the issue and further assist you.
Exchanges -
If you happen to want an exchange be sure to reach out to twenty2chilioil@gmail.com for a return as soon as you receive your item. Once the return is accepted you will then be prompted to make a separate purchase for your exchange.
Refunds -
When we are dealing with a return we will inspect the item once received. We will reach out to you shortly after with the approval status. If you are approved we will then automatically issue a full refund on your original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to be posted for your banks/credit card companies have their own polices for processing refunds.
